Proyecto para: ESBOZOS
Project to: ESBOZOS

Here we bring you a new entry, in this case a wonderful little boxes of the brand Plastcraftgames. The association Esbozos made a interestingpurchase to this brand for its new scenery, so touched that Púleme Ésta! cast forth a hand on the material!

We must recognized that the PVC that this brand works is very interesting for the scenery. We definitely recommend it.

Well, going to the point we are going to tell you how we mount and paint a little amount of this little boxes that we are going to use to give cover in our games of Infinity.

Although we do not make pictures of the process, the setup is relatively simple. The boxes come in sheets and just have to use cutter to release them the matrix. After losing a matter of 2-5 minutes to mount the cubes ... is that there were 3 different types of faces! xD.

pintado: 4º paso

In our case, after gluing the sides with loctite, we used a putty to fill some holes that were cut because of a bit rushed or not to refine the cut before pasting (or because we are also freaks xD).
Para pintar seguí los siguientes pasos:
To paint i follow the nexts steps:

- Imprimación: La realicé directamente con aero con gris oscuro.
-Primer: I realized it directly with the airbrush with dark gray.

-Masking: To simulet the wear on the coat base, I apply Vallejo's liquid mask in differents place with a piece of a blister's foam.

- Base color: With airbrush we give a few layers with the color that we want.

-Dirt on the face close to the floor with a brown. To make this effect much paint dilute on alcohol (HellLois taught me this little trick :P).

-Light: A little layer of base coat and white to give some lights to the box.

-After the last step and let dry after a while, I wanted to remove the mask so I put on it.This step is always the most fun but do not be quick to do, because you will fail as happened to me later. We used a rubber brush to rub the faces of the cube and leave the mask.

-If you want to give it another layer above some other color and you want to continue to maintain the harmony of the wear is interesting to wear more this new layer.
In this case I wanted to put some of the
litter boxes are simulating medical care boxes, so I put more liquid mask  in some parts where would be the crosses.

After leaving it dry, I made a cardboard template with a cross (sorry, no photos available for this :( ) and placing corectly the template I paint the cross. In this case, painted by hand because HellLois was using the airbrush in that time.

-Let it dry, not as I do that I didnt left a long time and the paint ran a bit ..... and then the new mask is removed leaving the new flakings with the base color of the box.

It really seems many steps, but are made in a moment, especially if you work in series

Here finish the wall of text, now photos!!!!!!

We have many more boxes to paint, so soon new and differents symbols!

Un saludo!
